Senior Manager, Demand Generation

About the role

AgencyAnalytics is looking for a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to own the full demand motion—from planning to execution—within a fast‑moving B2B SaaS environment. You will integrate creation and capture activities, manage budget allocation, and directly run the trial‑conversion email program.

Key responsibilities

• Run a unified demand plan, budget, and scoreboard across creation and capture motions.
• Lead three direct reports (DGM Create, DGM Capture, Performance Marketing Specialist) as a player‑coach, rolling up sleeves alongside the team.
• Own the end‑to‑end trial‑conversion email journey in partnership with product marketing and ops.
• Partner with the Director of Growth Marketing on strategy, demand planning, and budget decisions.
• Co‑plan distribution with the Sr. Manager, Brand & Content to ensure content reaches the right audience.
• Collaborate with the Sr. Search & Discovery Specialist on cross‑motion search strategy.
• Serve as the source of truth on demand performance for senior leadership.

Required profile

• 6+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience, including 2+ years leading a multi‑channel team.
• Demonstrated ability to think in motion ownership rather than isolated channel ownership.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of data‑driven budget allocation.
