Vice President, Global Marketing

About the role

WhiteWater is seeking a visionary Vice President of Global Marketing to lead the strategy and execution of marketing for its worldwide portfolio of brands and products. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape brand positioning, storytelling, and demand generation to drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the global marketing strategy across all brands, balancing consistency with market‑specific positioning.
• Own and communicate WhiteWater’s value proposition to ensure clear differentiation across products and customer segments.
• Direct brand, channel, communications, tradeshow, event, performance, digital, product, and market‑intelligence functions.
• Integrate market research, competitor analysis, and voice‑of‑customer insights into marketing and commercial plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and other leaders to align marketing initiatives with commercial priorities.
• Build a data‑driven, accountable marketing organization that directly contributes to pipeline and revenue growth.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in global marketing, preferably within a product‑focused or service‑oriented company.
• Strong track record of developing and executing brand and demand‑generation strategies that deliver business results.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with a focus on customer insight and market alignment.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with sales, product, and operations teams.
• Commitment to sustainability and integrating it into brand messaging.
