About the role
LeBeau Excel is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to lead our Supermarket, Discount and SDM divisions. You will work closely with vendors to develop brand strategies, drive growth, and implement innovative solutions using data-driven insights.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with vendors to create and execute brand strategies that increase volume and profitability.
- Manage trade‑spend initiatives, including rebates, programs, features, warehouse and off‑invoice discount accruals.
- Oversee LDIA management and ensure accurate reconciliation of program accrual balances.
- Maintain high‑level communication between LeBeau Excel and vendor partners, securing necessary approvals and mitigating unauthorized deductions.
- Report to an Executive Team member on trade‑spend performance, distribution activities, and deduction management.
Required profile
- Proven experience with Loblaw Companies Limited (LCL) and SDM head‑offices.
- Established relationships within the Canadian supermarket and discount retail sector.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for dissecting data to guide vendor decisions.
- Ability to influence and move the needle on brand performance.
Required skills
- Salesforce expertise (asset).
- LDIA management.
