Senior IT Support Specialist – SysAdmin

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Support Specialist to join our fast‑growing IT team in Toronto. You will provide high‑quality, on‑site and remote support to end users, including VIPs and senior stakeholders, while ensuring the security and reliability of Windows and Mac environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onsite and remote technical support, resolving incidents quickly and professionally.
• Record and track support requests in the help‑desk system and follow escalation procedures.
• Manage Windows 11 and macOS builds, maintain hardware inventory and device lifecycle.
• Administer OKTA for identity and access management.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Configure, script and deploy devices using Intune, Autopilot, JAMF and other endpoint management tools.
• Collaborate on technology rollouts, testing and deployment of new systems.
• Ensure endpoints and images meet security and compliance standards.
• Maintain AV and video‑conferencing equipment for reliable meetings.

Required profile

• Proactive and experienced IT professional with strong technical expertise.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to support VIP and senior users.
• Adaptable to a fast‑changing environment and able to manage multiple priorities.
