Senior HR Business Partner

About the role

Mother Parkers is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead HR initiatives across Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement. Reporting to the CHRO, you will translate strategic goals into scalable HR solutions while ensuring compliance in a non‑union environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR insights and people solutions as a member of the Operations Leadership team.
• Partner with the COO, Chief Supply Chain Officer and Procurement Officer on workforce planning, talent management and organizational effectiveness.
• Support recruitment, hiring, retention, succession planning and leadership development for salaried roles.
• Oversee complex employee‑relations matters, including performance management, investigations and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Canadian and U.S. employment legislation and internal policies.
• Leverage HRIS and reporting tools to monitor workforce metrics and drive data‑based decisions.
• Identify and implement improvements to HR processes, systems and reporting efficiency.
• Champion employee engagement, wellness and recognition initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (CHRP/CHRL preferred).
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in operations, supply chain or procurement environments.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence people‑related outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation in Canada and the United States.
