Senior Guidewire Developer & Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Guidewire Developer/Architect to design, implement, and optimise scalable Guidewire solutions that meet business and industry requirements. You will join a collaborative delivery team, working closely with stakeholders, delivery partners and technology groups.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect high‑quality solutions using the Guidewire Insurance Suite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable designs.
• Lead integration design and implementation with the Guidewire Cloud Integration Framework.
• Provide technical leadership on Guidewire tools, accelerators and best practices.
• Oversee configuration and customisation of Guidewire modules to satisfy client‑specific needs.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on experience with the Guidewire Insurance Suite.
• Strong expertise in Guidewire Cloud Integration Framework and system integrations.
• Proficiency in Gosu programming and PCF development.
• Advanced SQL skills for database management and performance optimisation.
• Deep understanding of the Property & Casualty insurance domain.
• Relevant certifications (Guidewire Specialist, SQL, P&C Insurance) are a plus.
