Senior Full Stack Developer

About the role

Senior Full Stack Developer at CARDON, designing, developing and supporting an enterprise application ecosystem for land operations. This hands‑on role covers modern user interfaces, APIs, databases, cloud services and production support.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain enterprise web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript and Node.js.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, integrations and backend services to support business operations.
• Contribute to application architecture, technology standards and development best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, mentor developers and share knowledge.
• Develop data‑driven solutions with SQL Server, Prisma and ensure data integrity.
• Monitor application health, troubleshoot production issues and implement continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional software development experience, primarily full‑stack.
• Proven experience delivering, deploying and supporting production business applications.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
