Java Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Java, J2EE and modern web technologies to design, build and support enterprise applications. The role involves hands‑on development across the front‑end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back‑end, database management, and the use of Agentic AI tools to improve productivity. You will work in an Agile delivery team delivering Curam‑based solutions for public‑sector clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop full‑stack components using Java, J2EE, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SQL, following architecture, security and accessibility standards.
• Prepare, deploy and configure code across development and test environments using established release and configuration‑management processes.
• Write and execute unit tests, support integration and system testing, analyse defects and deliver timely bug fixes.
• Troubleshoot application, integration and data issues, contribute to root‑cause analysis and permanent resolutions.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies and continuous‑improvement activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with 2‑3 years of Java development experience.
• Proven experience building enterprise web applications with Java/J2EE and front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases and secure coding practices.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines and source‑control systems such as Git.
• Eligibility for a Reliability Security Clearance and fluency in English.
