About the role
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join Bosch's Power Tools division. The role will act as a strategic partner, driving budgeting, forecasting, reporting and margin optimization across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Own and lead the annual budgeting and regular forecasting processes, aligning them with corporate objectives.
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models to improve forecast accuracy and provide forward‑looking insights.
- Conduct complex profitability analyses for products, customers and channels, delivering recommendations to optimize margins.
- Manage SG&A expense reporting, set targets and hold business partners accountable.
- Oversee month‑end reporting, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements and management reports.
- Prepare executive summaries and presentations to support strategic decision‑making.
- Partner with business leaders, providing data‑driven insights and acting as the primary financial advisor.
Required profile
- Several years of experience in financial analysis, planning and controlling within a large organization.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions and drive results.
- Excellent communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities.
