Senior Designer

About the role

As a Senior Designer at Dentsu Creative, you will shape compelling, brand‑led creative across multiple channels while collaborating with a global, inclusive team. You will combine hands‑on design execution with mentorship, contributing to both outstanding work and the growth of your colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver high‑quality design for branding, identity, packaging, print, digital, POS, and OOH.
• Partner with art directors, copywriters, developers, UX designers, and other collaborators to bring ideas to life.
• Translate strategic concepts into visual solutions that align with client goals and brand voice.
• Maintain brand integrity by developing and updating brand guidelines and toolkits.
• Contribute to concept development for campaigns, pitches, and ongoing client work.
• Present design solutions clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Identify creative opportunities and solve complex design challenges with innovative approaches.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and project goals are met.
• Stay informed on design trends, emerging technologies, and AI‑driven design tools.
• Collaborate with architecture, industrial design, and UX disciplines to extend ideas into immersive environments.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture and promote creative excellence.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of experience in a design role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, craftsmanship, and multi‑disciplinary work.
• Ability to translate strategic concepts into compelling visual solutions.
• Experience guiding brand guidelines and toolkits.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
