Senior Data Engineer

About the role

Sensor Tower is expanding its global engineering team and seeks a Senior Data Engineer to own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of data products. You will work closely with product managers, data scientists and founders to turn business needs into high‑impact data solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of data product development from business understanding, analysis, design, coding, deployment to delivery.
• Develop robust data pipelines and programs using PySpark, Spark, AWS, Databricks and related technologies.
• Conduct code reviews, design architecture, and practice pair programming to maintain high code quality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align technical solutions with evolving business requirements.
• Explore and evaluate emerging data ecosystem tools and share insights with the team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in data modeling and analysis.
• Strong engineering background with at least 2 years using Spark, Python, HDFS, Databricks, AWS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Airflow.
• Experience in a diverse, international environment and familiarity with mobile app, advertising or gaming domains.
• Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field.
