Senior Data Analyst – Activations & Next Best Action

About the role

As a Senior Data Analyst on the Activation, Next Best Action team, you will use data, advanced analytics and modeling to shape strategies that improve onboarding, activation and long‑term growth of banking products. You will turn complex data into clear insights that guide customer‑centric decisions across marketing, product and risk functions.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage diverse datasets to generate actionable insights supporting Next Best Action (NBA) strategies and business growth.
• Develop, monitor and refine NBA strategies across channels using advanced analytics, statistical testing (A/B, multivariate) and modeling.
• Analyze onboarding campaigns and customer journeys to identify revenue‑boosting and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Create and maintain reporting dashboards (Tableau, Looker) to track KPIs, financial and operational controls.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, sales and media teams to define analytical requirements and deliver end‑to‑end campaign tracking.
• Automate data extraction, analysis and reporting processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
• Translate analytical findings into concise narratives for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to design experiments and interpret results.
• Excellent communication skills to convey insights to cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
