Senior Community Manager for 7 Days to Die

About the role

Behaviour Interactive is seeking a Senior Community Manager to lead the live‑service community for the popular survival game 7 Days to Die. You will shape the long‑term community strategy, foster relationships with players and creators, and act as the bridge between the community and the development team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the community strategy for 7 Days to Die as a live‑service title.
• Engage directly with players, creators, and community leaders through posts, replies, events, AMAs, and social participation.
• Support and grow creator or ambassador programs that celebrate passionate community members.
• Collect, analyze, and organize player feedback into clear, actionable insights for the development team.
• Prepare sentiment summaries and community reports to guide updates, campaigns, and future planning.
• Mentor junior community managers, helping them develop communication and judgment skills.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in community management for live‑service video games.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with player communities and content creators.
• Strong analytical mindset to translate community feedback into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written communication skills and comfort representing player perspectives internally.
