Market Research Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Market Research Specialist to design, conduct and analyse both quantitative and qualitative research projects for our video‑game studio. The role involves developing statistical methodologies, screening job applicants and preparing actionable reports and recommendations. You will also lead seminars, discussion groups and interview sessions based on structured questionnaires.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute research studies covering market trends, player preferences and competitive analysis.
• Develop and apply statistical methods to interpret data.
• Screen and evaluate job applicants as part of the hiring process.
• Conduct seminars, focus groups and interview sessions following questionnaire outlines.
• Prepare comprehensive reports with insights and recommendations for product and marketing teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of experience in market research or related analytics.
• No supervisory responsibilities and ability to work in a hybrid environment.
