Senior Community Manager – 7 Days to Die

About the role

Behaviour Interactive is looking for a Senior Community Manager to lead the live‑service community for the popular survival game 7 Days to Die. You will shape the long‑term strategy, foster player relationships, and act as the key liaison between the community and the development team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the community and social strategy for 7 Days to Die as a live‑service title.
• Engage directly with players, creators, and community leaders through posts, replies, events, AMAs, and social participation.
• Develop and improve creator or ambassador programs that celebrate and uplift passionate community members.
• Collect, analyze, and organize player feedback into clear, actionable insights for the development team.
• Prepare sentiment summaries and community reports to guide updates, campaigns, and future planning.
• Mentor junior community managers, helping them grow their communication and player‑facing expertise.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience managing communities for live‑service video games.
• Strong ability to translate player sentiment into actionable development recommendations.
• Excellent written communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience mentoring or leading junior community staff.
