Senior Communications Manager – Customer Success

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Communications Manager to lead the communication strategy for our fast‑growing Customer Success organization in Canada. Reporting to senior leadership, you will translate vision into clear, compelling narratives that drive alignment across global Customer Success teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute executive communications, including leadership updates, talking points, and presentations.
• Partner with the Chief of Staff to craft high‑impact narratives on priorities and progress.
• Own internal communication channels such as All‑Hands meetings, newsletters, Slack updates and organizational announcements.
• Lead employee engagement and culture initiatives to strengthen team connectivity.
• Design communication plans for events, conferences, off‑sites and leadership appearances.
• Produce internal briefings and company‑wide updates highlighting performance and key wins.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Enablement and Revenue teams to ensure consistent customer‑facing messaging.
• Elevate the visibility of Customer Success as a core revenue engine through storytelling.

Required profile

• 6‑7+ years of experience in corporate, internal or executive communications.
• Proven track record supporting sales, Customer Success or other GTM/revenue‑focused teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Deep understanding of revenue‑generating organization cadence and stakeholder dynamics.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple communication projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Slack for internal communications.
• Experience creating newsletters and presentations (e.g., PowerPoint).
