Senior Career Coach – Finance Programs

About the role

The Senior Career Coach provides expert finance‑career coaching and leads the development of finance‑focused career education and employer engagement initiatives for multiple graduate programs.

Key responsibilities

• Shape finance‑career programming for MMF, MMFL, MBA (finance) and HIM, aligning with faculty and university priorities.
• Provide advanced coaching to students and recent alumni on finance career pathways, technical interview preparation and complex career planning.
• Represent the faculty at senior‑level employer meetings, cultivate strategic partnerships and oversee employment analytics and reporting.
• Act as senior resource for the career services team, lead cross‑functional initiatives and advise on labour‑market trends and curriculum alignment.

Required profile

• At least ten years of professional experience in the finance sector, covering roles such as corporate finance, banking or investment banking.
• Demonstrated senior‑level career coaching, employer engagement and stakeholder‑management experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
• Strong strategic thinking, independent judgment and ability to manage confidential information.
