Senior Brand Manager – Cosmetics (e‑commerce & Retail)

About the role
Our client, a diversified CPG company, is looking for a strategic and execution‑focused Senior Brand Manager to drive growth and positioning of its cosmetics portfolio across e‑commerce and retail channels. The role blends creativity with analytics, overseeing brand storytelling, product launches, and go‑to‑market strategies while using data to optimise performance in digital and in‑store environments.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategy, positioning, messaging and visual identity.
- Lead end‑to‑end product launches, including concept, pricing, timelines and commercialization.
- Collaborate with digital teams on paid media, SEO, email and social campaigns; optimise product detail pages for conversion.
- Support retail execution through in‑store displays, promotions and merchandising.
- Track brand performance across e‑commerce and retail, translate data into actionable insights and manage budgets.
- Work closely with creative, supply‑chain, sales and external agencies to ensure a consistent brand experience.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- 4–7+ years of brand management experience, preferably in cosmetics, beauty or CPG.
- Strong understanding of e‑commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon) and digital marketing channels.
- Experience supporting retail distribution (specialty, mass/drug).
- Proven track record of successful product launches.
- Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making.
- Excellent project‑management and communication skills.
