Senior Associate, Salesforce Technical Consultant

About the role

PwC's Consulting & Deals practice is growing its Salesforce Practice and is hiring a Senior Associate Salesforce Technical Consultant in Toronto. The consultant designs, builds and deploys scalable Salesforce solutions for complex service delivery and operational workflows, working closely with business analysts and client stakeholders to turn requirements into secure, maintainable technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality solutions using a configuration-first approach, choosing when to configure versus customize
• Design and develop custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components and declarative tools
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs and working solutions
• Build integrations, automation and data models supporting end-to-end service workflows
• Contribute to solution architecture, technical estimates, delivery planning and release readiness
• Support testing, deployment and post-implementation stabilization
• Work in cross-functional agile delivery teams

Required profile

• 2+ years of software development experience
• 1+ year of experience with the Salesforce platform
• Salesforce certification such as Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder or Administrator; additional certifications are a bonus
• Experience working with business stakeholders and diverse delivery teams
• Security clearance is mandatory for all staff on these assignments, and must be obtained before applying

Required skills

• Apex, Lightning Web Components and Visualforce
• Salesforce data modeling, security and sharing
• Salesforce environments and SDLC best practices
• Preferred: Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud or industry clouds, and mobile workforce implementations (Field Service)
• Preferred: familiarity with integration patterns and external systems

The salary range is $84,700 - $134,700, depending on skills, experience, qualifications and location. Eligible employees may also take part in variable incentive pay programs.
