Senior Advisor, Internal Reporting

About the role

The Senior Advisor, Internal Reporting supports Enerflex’s internal consolidated and management reporting while also contributing to external financial reporting to the Board and Audit Committee. Based in Calgary, the role works closely with regional finance teams and cross‑functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Review monthly regional and consolidated financial information and reports.
• Analyze and resolve discrepancies in consolidation outputs using SAP BPC.
• Support continuous improvement of standardized financial reports, templates and processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation for reporting activities.
• Partner with regional finance teams to collect, review and validate reporting inputs.
• Assist in preparing Board and Audit Committee materials and public company disclosures.

Required profile

• Professional accounting designation (CPA, ACCA or equivalent).
• 8+ years of financial accounting and reporting experience in multi‑jurisdictional, multi‑currency environments.
• Experience with external reporting under IFRS and/or US GAAP.
• Understanding of SOX compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication and time‑management skills.
