Senior Accountant – Publicly Traded Companies

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Accountant focused on publicly traded companies to join our Vancouver team. You will work alongside a dynamic group of professionals, delivering audit and accounting services that drive meaningful outcomes for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and prepare audit risk assessments and conduct fieldwork for public and private company audits under IFRS.
• Report to managers and partners on audit execution and progress.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients.
• Deliver high‑quality work under tight deadlines while demonstrating excellent technical accounting skills.
• Mentor and train staff, fostering teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• CPA, CA or working towards a CPA designation; completion of UFE/CFE.
• Public practice experience is required.
• Experience in both private and public enterprises is an asset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
• Effective organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
