Senior Accountant - Private Audit Services

About the role

Join Baker Tilly’s Private Audit Services team as a Senior Accountant. You will work with a dynamic group of professionals to deliver high‑quality audit, compilation and tax services for both private and public enterprises, while contributing to the firm’s growth and client success.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare compilations, reviews, NTRs, and audit engagements.
• Prepare corporate and personal income tax returns.
• Mentor and train junior staff members.
• Work under tight deadlines, delivering quality work and resolving client issues promptly.
• Correspond with partners and clients on engagement matters.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• CPA, CA or working towards a CPA designation; completion of UFE/CFE.
• Public practice experience is required.
• Experience in both private and public enterprise is an asset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
