Selling Specialist – Sephora/Ulta (Montreal)

About the role

Fresh, a global skincare brand within LVMH, is seeking a Selling Specialist to support its sales and education initiatives across Sephora and Ulta stores in Montreal. You will work closely with the Fresh Sales and Education Executive to drive sales, execute in‑store events, and maintain brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve daily sales goals (SPH and ROI) in assigned stores.
• Assist in planning and executing in‑store events for Sephora/Ulta.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff, BA’s, and leadership.
• Ensure Fresh merchandising (wallbays, counters, endcaps) is visually impeccable.
• Maintain regular call cycles, manage schedule and travel within the territory.
• Submit weekly hours and communicate sales, OOS issues, and merchandising challenges promptly.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the beauty industry.
• Availability to work Thursday‑Sunday, including weekends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Sephora or Ulta environments preferred.
• Proactive approach to client engagement and brand promotion.
• Own reliable transportation for travel within the territory.
