Seasonal Vineyard Worker – Osoyoos, BC

About the role

We are seeking a reliable seasonal vineyard worker to join our team in Osoyoos, BC. This hands‑on position supports the full cycle of vine cultivation, from planting and maintenance to harvesting. Shifts are primarily early‑morning and include weekend work during peak periods.

Key responsibilities

• Apply fertilizers and soil amendments to promote healthy vine growth.
• Clear and collect brush, debris and fallen fruit from fields, pens and work areas.
• Cut agricultural crops, prune and train vines, and maintain the vine canopy.
• Pack harvested fruits and vegetables, and pick row and orchard crops such as cherries and grapes.
• Plant, cultivate, irrigate, tie and secure vines and other crops throughout the season.
• Weed, monitor for pests and diseases, and perform harvest operations.
• Operate basic farm equipment safely and efficiently.

Required profile

• No formal education required; a high school diploma is a plus.
• 1–2 years experience working in vineyards or similar agricultural environments.
• Physical stamina to perform demanding outdoor tasks.
• Availability for early‑morning, morning, day and weekend shifts.
• Commitment to follow safety procedures and team guidelines.
