Key responsibilities

• Engage customers on the sales floor, actively selling and recommending products.
• Provide personalized bra fitting assistance by asking targeted questions.
• Convert returns, offers, and promotions into additional sales.
• Deliver friendly, accurate transactions at the cash wrap and encourage add‑on purchases.
• Process merchandise for the sales floor, maintain back‑room organization, and replenish stock to brand standards.
• Execute floor‑set activities, adhere to visual merchandising guidelines, and support housekeeping tasks.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, customer‑focused attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting merchandise as needed.
