Seasonal Roofer – Early Morning Shifts

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our roofing team on a seasonal basis, with the possibility of transitioning to full‑time employment. The role involves early‑morning work on residential and commercial roofs in the Québec area.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in installing, repairing, and maintaining roof coverings.
• Prepare work sites by loading materials, setting up safety barriers, and ensuring proper ventilation.
• Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times.
• Collaborate with crew members to complete projects on schedule.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.

Required profile

• Availability for shift or on‑call work, including early mornings.
• Ability to start on the date specified in the posting.
• Previous experience in roofing or a related construction field is an asset.
• Proficiency in English or French to follow instructions and communicate on site.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of roofing materials and installation techniques.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights.
• Understanding of safety standards in construction.
