Seasonal Package Handler – AM (Fri‑Sat‑Sun)

About the role

Join Intelcom | Dragonfly as a Seasonal Package Handler working the AM shift on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. You will be part of a fast‑paced warehouse team that ensures parcels are unloaded, sorted and staged for delivery or line‑haul.

Key responsibilities

• Unload trailers and verify freight against manifests.
• Manually load freight onto manual and powered conveyors.
• Use power or manual jacks to organize shipments and feed sort lines (mandatory training provided).
• Sort, scan and handle parcels according to the sort plan using handheld devices.
• Place packages in designated areas for the delivery or line‑haul team.
• Stage sorted freight in the load‑out area following station layout.
• Build, wrap, sort and transport pallets and packages.
• Validate scanned freight to reduce mis‑sorts and perform cleaning, housekeeping and safety inspections.

Required profile

• Physically able to lift up to 50 lb (23 kg) repeatedly.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, shift‑based warehouse environment.
• Flexible availability for at least three days per week, including weekends.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to follow safety procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency with handheld scanning devices.
