About the role
Biogénique is looking for a versatile team member to handle cash register duties, ship online orders, and keep inventory accurate in its downtown Montréal store. The role combines customer service, order fulfillment, and stock management in a fast‑moving retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers, answer product questions, process sales and balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- Pick, pack and ship online orders accurately, print shipping labels and prepare parcels for pickup.
- Receive deliveries, update inventory records, flag low‑stock or near‑expiry items, and maintain a clean store and stockroom.
Required profile
- Fluent in French and English.
- Experience in cash handling, customer service, shipping or inventory is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail – a shipping error can cost a customer.
- Reliable, punctual and well‑organized.
- Ability to lift boxes up to approximately 15 kg.
