Seasonal Guest Experience Lead

About the role

The Guest Experience Lead ensures every customer receives a high‑quality in‑store experience by delivering technical product education and leading the floor team. This seasonal position is part of the store leadership team and drives performance through guest connection and sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, creating an inclusive and exceptional experience.
• Provide technical product education to every guest and assist when team members are unavailable.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty, opening and closing the store and addressing business, team, and guest needs.
• Prepare the store for guest readiness and maintain operational excellence throughout the shift.
• Review daily business data to track sales progress and motivate the team.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Provide performance feedback, coaching, and recognition to develop team members.

Required profile

• Legal authorization to work in Canada and reliable transportation to the store.
• Flexible availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional early or late shifts.
• At least 1 year of retail or customer‑experience experience.
• Some experience leading, mentoring, or delegating tasks.
• High school diploma/GED or higher (preferred).
