About the role
We are looking for a reliable individual to join our greenhouse team during the peak season. The role involves working in a fast‑paced rural environment to support the production of cut flowers. You will work primarily in the mornings and days, with occasional weekends, and must have your own transportation to reach the site. No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
Key responsibilities
- Plant bulbs and seeds for upcoming flower crops, ensuring proper spacing and depth according to horticultural guidelines.
- Harvest crops and assist with handling cut flowers, maintaining quality standards and preparing them for market.
Required profile
- Demonstrate reliability by consistently arriving on time and completing tasks efficiently.
- Be available to start on the specified start date and work the designated morning, day, and weekend shifts.
- Meet the English language requirement to communicate effectively with the team.
