About the role
We are looking for reliable individuals to join our fruit farm during the busy harvest season. The role involves hands‑on work in planting, caring for and picking fruit crops in an outdoor, rural setting. No prior experience is required – we provide full training.
Key responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate and irrigate fruit crops according to farm schedules.
- Harvest ripe fruit, sort and load it for transport.
Required profile
- Team‑oriented attitude and ability to follow instructions.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, crouch and lift heavy loads for long periods.
- Good hand‑eye coordination and ability to distinguish colours for quality sorting.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, repetitive environment.
- Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and flexible shifts.
