General Labourer – Farm Operations

About the role
This seasonal, full‑time position involves hands‑on work in a vineyard and surrounding fields. You will operate outdoors in all weather conditions, supporting the growth and harvest of vines and other crops.
Key responsibilities
- Clear brush, debris, wood and stones from fields, pens and work areas.
- Guide growing shoots, maintain vine canopy, and manage grape development.
- Plant, cultivate, irrigate, and harvest row and orchard crops.
- Manually remove suckers and water sprouts, tie and secure plants.
- Weed, clean work areas, and perform general field maintenance.
Required profile
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
- Capacity to handle heavy loads up to 23 kg (50 lb) and perform repetitive tasks.
- Physical agility for bending, crouching, kneeling, and a mix of sitting, standing and walking.
- Strong hand‑eye coordination, attention to detail, and willingness to be trained.
