Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist – Part‑time Hybrid

About the role

QVM Digital Marketing is looking for a part‑time Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to join our hybrid team in Winnipeg. You will work both on‑site and remotely, helping our clients improve their online visibility and drive qualified traffic.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high‑value search terms.
• Perform SEO audits on client websites and recommend technical and content improvements.
• Develop and execute link‑building strategies to increase domain authority.
• Monitor web analytics and performance metrics to track ranking changes and traffic growth.
• Implement on‑page SEO tactics, including meta‑tag optimization, content structuring, and internal linking.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience with keyword research and on‑page SEO.
• Proven ability to carry out SEO audits and build quality backlinks.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools and data‑driven decision making.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and collaborate within a team.
• Experience in digital marketing or content strategy is a plus.
