Script Writer – Content Creator

About the role

The Martell Group is seeking a Script Writer to be the voice behind its diverse written content. You will craft copy, captions, scripts, and other written assets that drive engagement across multiple platforms. This fully remote role blends creativity with strategic thinking to maintain brand consistency while leveraging AI tools for efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Write platform‑native captions for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, and Threads, creating hooks, CTAs and engaging structures.
• Develop and refine scripts for YouTube episodes, short‑form videos and other branded video content.
• Create repeatable written frameworks for recurring series and support the Creative Producer with briefs and outlines.
• Produce titles, descriptions and metadata optimized for SEO, AEO and GEO discoverability.
• Write promotional copy for episode launches, newsletters, campaigns and paid ad creatives in collaboration with marketing.
• Ensure all written material aligns with visual direction, platform strategy and audience expectations.

Required profile

• Strategic creative who understands the impact of each word on brand perception.
• Ability to write in distinct brand voices without producing generic or AI‑only content.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
• Comfortable collaborating with Social and Creative Producers in a remote environment.

Required skills

• SEO knowledge for titles, descriptions and metadata.
