SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management & Learning Manager

About the role

PwC is hiring a manager for its SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management, Succession & Career Development Planning and Learning management practice in Toronto. As a SAP consulting generalist, you will advise clients on SAP applications, analyse their needs, implement software solutions and provide training and support. The role is newly created and focuses on performance management and learning.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current business requirements and processes and recommend or develop solutions to meet client needs
• Design, configure and document the SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management, Succession & Career Development Planning and Learning management modules
• Help develop functional specifications for developments
• Take part in testing, developing and maintaining test scripts and scenarios to find errors and issues
• Support application support, system testing and end-user training

Required profile

• Proven experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management, Succession & Career Development Planning and Learning management
• Knowledge of key integration points between SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Experience with cloud implementation methodology and project planning, including at least 4 full-cycle implementations
• Experience leading teams on SAP SuccessFactors projects
• Ability to interpret business requirements and problems and give clear recommendations
• Experience leading client workshops and creating documentation and training materials

The salary range is $112,400 - $162,400, depending on skills, experience, qualifications and location. Eligible employees may also take part in variable incentive pay programs.
