About the role
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our Advanced Technology Centers (ATCs) team in Montreal. The role focuses on Application Management Services (AMS) and post‑go‑live support for a global client, requiring rapid onboarding and immediate value delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support for SuccessFactors modules, handling incidents, service requests, and system issues.
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, and ensure compliance with SLA and ITIL processes.
- Support knowledge‑transfer activities and facilitate a smooth transition from the incumbent team.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate updates, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 + years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including AMS or post‑go‑live support.
- Hands‑on experience with at least two SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, LMS, Performance & Goals, Compensation).
- Strong understanding of global HR processes and system integrations.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive in fast‑paced environments.
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
