Salesforce SDET – Quality Engineer

About the role

As a Salesforce SDET you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce solutions, working closely with development, business analysis and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define test strategies and develop comprehensive test plans.
• Design, document and maintain detailed test cases for Salesforce functionality, customizations and integrations.
• Perform manual and automated testing, including regression, performance and user acceptance testing.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry‑standard tools and frameworks.
• Manage defects through tracking systems such as Jira, ensuring timely resolution.
• Set up and maintain test environments, including Salesforce sandboxes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of software testing experience, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce QA.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, with ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development teams and defect tracking tools.

Required skills

• Testing of Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom solutions).
• Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce and Lightning components.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware integration techniques.
• Familiarity with Jira or Bugzilla for defect management.
