About the role
The Sales Supervisor will lead the front‑line sales team at UPS Store #167, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient store operations. This role combines staff leadership with inventory management in a busy urban retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise staff, including apprentices, stage hands, and design team members.
- Assign sales workers to specific duties and shifts.
- Organize and maintain store inventory.
Required profile
- Accurate and detail‑oriented.
- Strong client focus with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Organized, reliable and able to work as a team player.
- Initiative‑driven and able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Manual dexterity for handling inventory.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
