About the role
Join ECG, one of Canada’s largest trades franchises, as a Sales Representative helping homeowners across the Northern GTA with roofing solutions. The position offers flexible scheduling, performance‑based compensation and comprehensive training to bridge any technical gaps.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with homeowners to assess their roofing needs and present suitable solutions.
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, and close sales while meeting or exceeding targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Required profile
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends when needed.
- Strong people skills and a proven work ethic.
- Motivation to succeed in a results‑driven sales environment.
