About the role
Liferaft, a remote‑first SaaS company providing risk intelligence solutions, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its Account Executive team in Canada. The role is focused on building a high‑performing enterprise sales organization, with a strong preference for candidates based in Halifax and working within Eastern or Atlantic time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Provide structured coaching across the full sales cycle – discovery, qualification, deal strategy, stakeholder management, negotiation, and closing.
- Actively manage performance, set expectations, and drive measurable improvement while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous development.
- Maintain visibility into pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and execution risk; run disciplined pipeline and deal‑inspection processes.
- Establish and reinforce strong sales fundamentals, consistent deal‑management practices, and thoughtful account strategies.
- Lead hiring, evaluation, and development of the sales team to sustain a high‑performing culture.
Required profile
- Proven SaaS sales leader with experience managing complex enterprise sales motions.
- Demonstrated ability to coach sellers, drive performance improvement, and build effective sales teams.
- Strong leadership fundamentals, modern sales discipline, and a hands‑on approach.
- Comfort with technology and AI‑enabled tooling.
