Sales Engineer – Technical Advisor (Toronto)

About the role

The Sales Engineer will act as the primary technical advisor during the evaluation stage of the sales process, partnering closely with the sales team to showcase Solebit’s products and solutions. This role requires the ability to translate complex technology concepts into clear business value for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technology evaluation phase for prospective customers, demonstrating product capabilities and addressing technical questions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solution proposals that align with customer requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical issues throughout the sales cycle to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain strong relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on customer interactions.
