Sales Representative – Security & Home Protection

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to promote security and home‑protection solutions to residential and commercial customers across the Greater Toronto Area. You will assess client needs, present tailored recommendations and close sales while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with residential and commercial customers throughout the GTA and conduct on‑site consultations.
• Explain Paramount Protections’ products and services, identify security concerns and propose appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals and collect required deposits.
• Follow up leads, close sales and maintain communication with customers throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with office and installation teams after a sale and develop new business and referral opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in home improvement, security, windows & doors or construction.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and follow‑up skills.
• Professional appearance, organized and reliable with ability to work independently.
• Valid Ontario driver’s licence, reliable vehicle and comfort using email, phone, text and basic CRM/quoting software.
