About the role
Join IKEA as a Sales Co‑worker II and help customers create a better everyday life. You will work on the shop floor, offering product advice and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, tidy, fully stocked, and correctly priced sales area.
- Ensure products are in perfect condition and readily available.
- Analyze sales space capacities using system parameters to optimise stock levels.
- Continuously learn product features and benefits to provide accurate advice.
- Approach customers proactively, ask the right questions, and recommend solutions for their homes.
Required profile
- Passion for customers and confidence in polite, friendly interactions.
- Enthusiasm for promoting all IKEA services to enhance the shopping experience.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service.
