Full-Time Personal Shopper – Grocery Retail

About the role

We are looking for a full-time Personal Shopper to join our Mayfield store in Edmonton. In this role you will help customers select and purchase groceries while delivering the high‑service standards Save‑On‑Foods is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, going the extra mile for shoppers and teammates.
• Operate the cash register, bag groceries and handle payment transactions.
• Share product knowledge and recommend items to customers.
• Maintain well‑stocked, clean, and attractive department shelves with the freshest products.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly.
• Clean equipment and work areas to ensure a safe, sanitary environment.
• Use a variety of equipment, including knives, safely and efficiently.

Required profile

• Passion for great food and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong work ethic and a “let’s get it done” attitude.
• Integrity, enthusiasm, and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Retail customer service experience (considered an asset).
