Outfitter – Retail Sales Associate

Key responsibilities

• Maintain thorough knowledge of Lammle’s Western Wear products and translate that knowledge to customers.
• Showcase a positive attitude to customers and complete assigned tasks.
• Strive to meet personal productivity and sales goals.
• Stay informed on current promotions and convey offerings to customers.
• Lift and distribute merchandise up to 50 lbs, refill stock and assist with displays.
• Process purchases, returns/exchanges and special orders using the POS system.
• Maintain store cleanliness and tidiness.
• Comply with company policies and loss‑prevention regulations.

Required profile

• Retail experience is an asset.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Critical‑thinking skills with a proactive and innovative mindset.
• Strong personal skills and ability to communicate with co‑workers and customers.
