Sales Business Manager – Scotchlite Reflective Materials

About the role

As a Sales Business Manager for Scotchlite™ Reflective Materials in Canada, you will lead competitive conversions, launch new products, and identify new business opportunities while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and innovative 3M colleagues worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead competitive conversions and execute new product introductions.
• Support and lead qualification processes and negotiate specifications.
• Develop and implement key account penetration plans with cross‑functional teams.
• Manage distribution‑converter relationships and oversee up to 75% domestic travel.

Required profile

• High school/GED with 10 years of combined sales and business‑management experience, or a bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Three (3) years of experience in distribution and channel management.
• Current, valid driver’s license and ability to use a company vehicle.

Required skills

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Understanding of regulated garment manufacturing markets and industrial channel dynamics.
