Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Specialist

About the role

3M is seeking an Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Specialist to join its sales team in the Greater Toronto Area. The role combines curiosity‑driven problem solving with collaboration across global and local teams to grow the Industrial Adhesives & Tapes portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed designated sales quota in your defined sales territory.
• Partner with local channel teams to execute growth initiatives, strategies, and programs.
• Develop end‑user customers and application processes to drive portfolio growth.
• Provide key market and customer insights to portfolio managers, marketing, application engineers and leadership.
• Collaborate with the End‑User Key Accounts Team to drive growth through key customers.
• Effectively manage the opportunity pipeline, conduct strategic planning for new opportunities and regular business reviews for key markets and end‑user customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
• At least three years of exceptional sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Current, valid driver’s licence.

What we offer

• Compensation range $100,591 – $132,781 (base pay plus variable incentive, annual).
• Relocation assistance may be authorized.
