Sales Associate – Women’s Contemporary

About the role

Join Holt Renfrew’s Women’s Contemporary team in Toronto and deliver an inspiring, fashion‑driven experience to our luxury clientele. You will build lasting relationships, drive sales, and represent iconic brands in a dynamic retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently provide extraordinary customer service and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and maintain a loyal client base through acquisition, retention, and personalized outreach.
• Attend product knowledge, vendor, and internal seminars to stay current on collections.
• Execute floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and digital channels about events, new merchandise, and follow‑ups.
• Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with management on escalations.
• Adhere to all health and safety policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 + years experience in a commission‑based luxury sales environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
• Active use of social media to promote personal fashion influence.
• Strong understanding of current and emerging fashion trends.
• Broad product knowledge across merchandise categories.
• Proactive in staying informed about new deliveries.
