About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our Brampton store. The role is the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right vape and shisha products while delivering exceptional service. Your passion for the product line and ability to engage shoppers will drive sales and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and guide them to the products they need.
- Provide detailed product information and live demonstrations.
- Process transactions accurately using the cashier system.
- Apply upselling techniques to maximize sales while maintaining satisfaction.
- Maintain a tidy, visually appealing sales floor and restock shelves as required.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Required profile
- Proven sales experience with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos and explain key features.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory tasks.
