Sales Associate – Men's Footwear

About the role

Join a leading luxury retailer in Calgary as a Sales Associate focused on men’s footwear. You will build lasting relationships with clients, drive sales, and represent iconic luxury brands in an inspiring, fashion‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary customer service and consistently exceed sales and service targets.
• Develop a loyal client base by acquiring new customers, nurturing existing relationships, and retaining repeat buyers.
• Attend product knowledge, vendor, and company seminars to stay informed on merchandise.
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks.
• Communicate with personal clients via phone, email, and digital channels about events, new arrivals, and follow‑ups.
• Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with management on escalated matters.
• Adhere to health & safety, privacy, and cyber‑security policies.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in a commission‑based luxury sales environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work within a team.
• Active presence on social media platforms to promote personal fashion influence.
• Comfortable using multiple technology channels to engage clients.
• Strong understanding of current and emerging fashion trends.
• Broad product knowledge across all store merchandise categories.
